Nomex®/Polyimide Spiral Wound Tubing | Electrolock custom designs tubular slot liners for hairpin electric motors. Our top of the line product is produced using a Nomex®/Polyimide lamination, designed specifically for higher voltage/operating temperature motor applications. It can withstand extremely high dielectric stresses, high temperature and the mechanical abuse incured during insertion and conductor twisting. Our slot liners are produced to extremely tight dimensional tolerances and are capable of performing in temperatures over 200°C continuously. By custom designing the slot liiner to meet the specific requirements of the motor, Electrolock can offer the thinnest wall thickness slot liner, allowing more room for copper in the slot. | Nomex®/Polyimide spiral wound tubes can be produced to your required diameter, wall thickness and length. Typical diameter range is .050” to 6.00” with custom colors and striping upon request. | Hairpin Motors for EV and HEV | Slot Liners | |
